My name is Nicole Rountree, and cars have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my father’s passion for speed and performance shaped my world—he spent part of his career with Goody’s NASCAR before becoming a Master BMW Technician. Watching his dedication taught me the value of precision, trust, and pride in doing things the right way.

Those experiences inspired me to follow a path in the automotive industry myself. Today, I strive to help run our dealership with one goal in mind: making sure every customer can truly enjoy their vehicle, confident that they are in good hands. At Philips Motor Company, we are committed to keeping our customers worry-free by providing reliable, honest, and high-quality service.

Russell Runge - Mercedes Specialist

Russell Runge has been the lead Mercedes technician since 1991, when he came to us from the Mercedes dealer. Russell has many loyal followers and stays up to date by attending many classes throughout the year. His vast knowledge has kept us at the forefront of technology along with his skills to repair just about anything. Not many people are as driven to get it right the first time as Russell.

Justin Jackson - Land Rover-Jaguar-Volvo-Lexus Specialist

Chris Strange - Automotive Specialist

Chris has many years of experience and is one of the best technical specialists in the state. His vast schooling and knowledge of electronics makes him one of the best technicians for today's cars! He continues to innovate and think about electronics to a point we think he should be in Silicone Valley. Chris has been a team member since 2014.

Greg has been servicing BMWs for over 20 years. He stays up to date with the changes in servicing BMW by attending classes. Greg has been with the Philips teams since 2022.

Brandon Johnson - Mercedes and Porsche Specialist

Brandon started out tinkering with cars and that began his passion to work on cars. He has worked on several brands of cars but fell in love with working on Mercedes and Porsche. Brandon has been with Philips team since 2023.

Ethan Richardson - Technician

Ethan joined the team in 2024 and has a deep-rooted knowledge of the business, having grown up around it. After high school, he spent much of his time working on domestic cars, but has since shifted his focus to European vehicles. Ethan’s expertise and passion for automotive repair continue to grow as he adapts to the European market.
